Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide local field service activities, serving as a crucial point of contact for our valued customers
- Lead the delivery of service needs, including onsite installation, training, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of our metrology & inspection tools
- Offer high-level technical support to external customers at their locations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer support & application knowledge database
- Manage multiple priorities, organize workload efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently
- Act as a communication bridge between external customers and internal factory staff
- Support sales activities by gathering and communicating relevant information effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical/electrical/mechanical/engineering or physical sciences field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry, preferably with metrology & inspection products. Metrology experience within the Semiconductor Market is advantageous
- Self-motivated with strong initiative, organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, often on short notice (up to 80%)
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is essential
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams
