Key responsibilities
As a Program Manager at UnitySC, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless coordination, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project objectives.
What you’ll do
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and mitigate potential risks to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Foster open communication channels among team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration and issue resolution.
Your Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Engineer, MSc or equivalent with 10 years experience in project management
- Proven track record of success in project management roles, in an industrial environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities to address complex project challenges.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Very fluent in English
