Your Responsibilities and Missions
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager and in constant collaboration with all the company’s players, the Management System, Operational Excellence and CSR Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the company’s management system and is the reference in this field: process monitoring, non-conformity management, environmental and occupational health and safety (OHS) management, action plan monitoring, administration of our digital process monitoring tool, internal and external audits, CSR. He takes part in the company’s continuous improvement drive by coordinating projects in this field and by supervising certain structuring projects himself (project manager).
Company management system
- Coordination of the management system (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, CSR)
- Support for process managers (regular updates, process reviews, technical assistance, etc.)
- Organization of the internal audit plan and performance of internal audits
- Preparing and leading management reviews
- Follow-up of certification audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001…)
- Management and development of the “Qualishare” tool (digital tool for monitoring our processes)
- Follow up of the environmental and OHS risk analysis
Continuous improvement / Operational excellence
- Supervision of the non-conformance (QSE) and corrective action management system
- Preparation and organization of non-conformity follow-up meetings (SIM 3)
- Supervision of improvement action plan
- Management of structuring and continuous improvement projects
- Support for all company players in the field of Operational Excellence
- Drawing up and proposing to management the “Management System / Continuous Improvement / CSR” strategy as part of the implementation of the Merck Group’s strategy (Optronics Business Unit)
Your Profile
Engineering degree and industrial engineering background.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in manufacturing systems optimization and strong understanding of production efficiency
- Experience with ERP, and quality management software to track compliance and improvements
- Cross-functional Collaboration: ability to bride technical teams with regulatory and ESH requirements
- Ability to lead value stream mapping (VSM) and waste reduction initiatives
- Fluent English is essential for interacting with international partners world-wide

- Ability to drive a culture of safety and compliance
- Skilled in coaching and training employees on ESH regulations
- Capable of influencing Company’s stakeholders at all levels
- Excellente communication with all team leaders, and employees
