Your Responsibilities and Missions
Working in close collaboration with multi-disciplinary team, you will be in charge of the contribution to industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your tasks:
- Carrying out production transfer assignments to other suppliers
- Listening to and implementing requests for improvements made by teams
- Reporting to your manager
- Improving manufacturing and assembly processes and reducing the cost of parts through various strategies (changing suppliers, improving design, etc.)
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communicator with a strong team spirit and a developed sense of autonomy
- Rigorous and sensitive to quality and performance standards
- Mechanical and/or electrical skills and a desire to develop project management
- Ability to read and modify mechanical or electrical drawings
- Computer skills (Office suite, optional: mechanical/electrical design software)
- Knowledge of ERP
- Ability to integrate economic data
- Organisational and planning skills
- Ability to confront production objectives
- Analytical skills
