As an Innovation Program Manager at UnitySC, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the company’s strategy for the creation of new technologies and their transformation into successful products. Working in close collaboration with the innovation team, you will be in charge of the definition and development of new products, from proof-of-concept to prototypes.
Your profile
- PhD, Engineer, MsC or equivalent with strong knowledge in optics and physics, with 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of success in project or innovation management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities to address complex project challenges.
- Strong taste for innovation coupled with a high sensitivity to business.
- Fluent in English
What you’ll do
- Participation to the definition and the execution of the company innovation roadmap, in line with business / market needs and opportunities,
- Definition, management and execution of new product development programs to translate innovations into products, in coordination with the management and other services of the company, including budgets, schedule, reporting, preparation and coordination of demos and customers evaluations,
- Gathering and coordination of multidisciplinary teams involving relevant stakeholders (Marketing & Commercial, Applications, Operations, etc.) to streamline development of innovative products,
- Ensuring smooth interfacing and hand-over to Program Management team for product industrialization & manufacturing.
