The Head of Management Control reports to the Finance & Administration Director, and assists him in steering economic performance and competitiveness:
- Guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of the company’s economic indicators in a spirit of operational excellence
- Supporting and advising operational staff, providing training and raising awareness of the challenges to be met
- Deploy global projects to optimize UnitySC’s performance.
Your profile
- 5 years’ higher education in business, finance or equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in industrial management control acquired in a similar environment (industrial SME/ETI)
- Proficiency in one or more ERP systems (knowledge of Aprodix and Power BI appreciated)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
- Fluency in English
- Change agent: Ability to challenge established practices and create buy-in
- Successful experience in Financial Controller functions
What you’ll do
- Managing the monthly performance of the business through financial and operational indicators
- Steering continuous improvement plans
- Implementing the changes needed to achieve the Group’s competitiveness objectives and within the Finance function
- Ensuring that the ERP is used correctly
- Implementing the standardisation, harmonisation and simplification of the processes and tools for steering the plant’s economic performance, in coordination with the other industrial sites
- Contribute to the preparation of financial analyses of projects and investments
- Managing the budget process
- Managing the establishment’s forecast
- Participate in the life of the team and projects and provide back-up when necessary

- No travel, teleworking 2 days a week
- Remuneration commensurate with experience and profile, lunch vouchers
