Your Responsibilities and Missions
- A Product System Engineer is responsible of the INNO/DEMO equipment park, and secure proper execution of Innovation, Engineering, Application projects executed in BU department
- Maintain the functioning of the INNO/DEMO equipment park at UnitySC headquarter at a high level of performance
- Work with engineering on upgrades, obsolescence or CIP
- Develop and test maintenance check list for new system with GTS & Eng group
- Adapt and reconfigure the INNO/DEMO equipment park according to the needs of the planned activity
- Assist users in the realization of their experiments with the INNO/DEMO equipment park
- Perform the measurements for untrained users, as well as for external services (Operations, Sales, etc.)
- Act as trainer of internal users from other departments such as Customer Services or Operations
- Update and improve the documentary corpus of the laboratory equipment (operating instructions, safety instructions, risk analysis, procedures for checking the state of good working order, etc.), and ensure that they are easily and practically accessible to all user
- Coordinate the transversal and virtual New Product Introduction (NPI) team
- Support customers in the field as 3rd level of escalation in relation with GTS & Eng group
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Engineer, BS/MScs or equivalent with strong knowledge in optics and electrical engineering, with 5 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel
