Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring our cutting-edge systems operate seamlessly. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking charge of startup activities and system qualifications, from setup to repair, ensuring flawless functionality
- Proactively addressing system issues through clear communication with customers, our UnitySC team, and headquarters
- Spearheading customer Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and internal initiatives
- Implementing corrective actions and enhancements to optimize system performance
- Building strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing top-notch support
- Sharing your expertise with the team and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth

Experience & Education:
